2. Pricing: AirGuardian HVAC will provide a written estimate for the services to be rendered. Any additional work that is not included in the initial estimate will require an additional written estimate and approval from the client. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work.
3. Warranty: We offer a warranty on our workmanship and the materials used for the HVAC services we provide. The length and specific terms of the warranty will be outlined in the contract.
4. Safety: AirGuardian HVAC prioritises safety above all else. We will follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working on HVAC systems in commercial buildings. We also require that our clients provide a safe work environment for our technicians.
5. Insurance: AirGuardian HVAC carries liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. Clients are encouraged to request proof of insurance before the start of any work..
6. Permits and Codes: AirGuardian HVAC will obtain any necessary permits required by local or state codes to perform the HVAC services agreed upon in the contract. We will also ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local and state codes.
7. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to the contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. AirGuardian HVAC reserves the right to charge for any work already performed if a cancellation is made after work has begun.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every job we perform. If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they should contact us immediately to discuss any issues.
9. Confidentiality: AirGuardian HVAC respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our work.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is located.
